Ms Elaine S (Glasney Rooms, Falmouth, August 2016): Fantastically clean .

Mr David B (Penryn Summer Rooms, Falmouth, September 2015): Great place to stay. Please consider a couple more pillows on the bed.

Mrs Louise B (Penryn Summer Rooms, Falmouth, September 2015): Had a great time & will certainly look to use again in the future

Ms Antonia P (Penryn Summer Rooms, Falmouth, August 2015): The rooms were clean and nice. The campus was well organised. The negative point was the breakfast: a very limited choice of food and drinks and only one slice oft toasted bread per guest.

Ms Joanne M (Penryn Summer Rooms, Falmouth, August 2015):

Ms Rebecca C (Penryn Summer Rooms, Falmouth, August 2015):

Ms Susanne H (Penryn Summer Rooms, Falmouth, August 2015): Extremely friendly staff, beautiful campus, very well organised, good location near main roads

Mr Edward K (Penryn Summer Rooms, Falmouth, August 2015): good value, nice area, would stay here again. Pros: good wifi, location, safe, clean, cheap cafe, lots of electrical outlets cons: should have brought soap bar, shower drain, need to stay away from the closer car park and go over to the other lot where parking is easy.

Ms catherine S (Penryn Summer Rooms, Falmouth, August 2015): I thought the overall structure and quality was excellent. We stayed when there was a religious group there who were not supervising their children - a 18 month old with a bottle in the road, an 8 year old carrying a new born baby down the road with no adult supervision. It was dangerous and made me really uncomfortable, as a parent and just an adult. I would recommend parental/adult supervision of children be part of your contract. Large signs for motorists does not solve the problem. Other than that massive concern - I would come again.

Ms Julie K (Penryn Summer Rooms, Falmouth, August 2015): Very good: Location in Falmouth University excellent and signage to find it good; value for location and facilities; workout facilities excellent (although not free, unfortunately); detailed attention to security good, although confusing. Free WiFi. Staff helpful and answered questions about directions, etc. Not so good: High fees to use gym facilities and even higher to use laundry. No toiletries provided for bathroom. Towels not replaced or room cleaned on first night. Security to enter/exit parking lot extremely confusing to visitors from another country. No second key given despite double room - very inconvenient. Fire alarm accidentally set off first morning by construction workers - a rude awakening causing everyone to have to evacuate - should have been turned off sooner. Parking lot very far away from flats - a 10-minute walk at least. No breakfast provided; cafe behind reception was excellent but not free. Other university dorms (i.e. London Oxford College) provided gym, toiletries, breakfast for free and wash/dry laundry was only 3 pounds. To be fair, they had limited WiFi however.

Mrs kay L (Penryn Summer Rooms, Falmouth, September 2014): Rooms clean and comfortable Kitchen well equipped and clean

Ms angela G (Glasney Rooms, Falmouth, August 2014): very nice location

Mrs Judy M (Glasney Rooms, Falmouth, August 2014): We had a lovely time using Penryn Summer Apartments as our base to travel all over Cornwall sampling different beaches and places each day. As student apartments, you can hear a lot of movement noise and talking from the floors above but thankfully on many of the nights there was no-one above us. Beds could have been more comfortable. Would definitely recommend these apartments to people on a tight budget.

Mr Mashood A (Glasney Rooms, Falmouth, August 2014): Great Place to explore South & West Cornwall....

Mr Fabien D (Penryn Summer Rooms, Falmouth, July 2014): The location is really pleasant and calm. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there.

Mrs Ann B (Penryn Summer Rooms, Falmouth, July 2014): We'll be back - thank you! I would have rated everything as excellent if the bed's mattress hadn't dipped so badly in the middle.

Mrs Paula B (Penryn Summer Rooms, Falmouth, July 2014): Would recommend this way of self catering holiday to family and friends.

Mr Terence O (Penryn Summer Rooms, Falmouth, July 2014): Brilliant value and the location of the University Campus makes for a great base if you want to explore Falmouth, St. Ives, Penzance etc.

Miss Laura S (Penryn Summer Rooms, Falmouth, July 2014): We had a lovely time in Cornwall, so happy we booked it! As I am attending the university in September it was very usefull to experience what it will be like before hand! The only problem we had was the drain in the shower was blocked! Overall the accomodation was excellent, and it made me more excited about coming back in September!

Mrs Wendy S (Penryn Summer Rooms, Falmouth, July 2014): Very good and clean. Excellent location with bus stop on site direct to Truro or Falmouth. Would highly recommend. Thus was our 2nd stay and would defiantly stay agsin without. Doubt

Mrs tina S (Glasney Rooms, Falmouth, August 2013): breakfast was not included in this booking but the overall impression was excellent. We were surprised that the rooms were all en-suite and towels were provided this was not clear on the website. We will certainly recommend the facility and will be visiting again in the future.

Mr Jason C (Glasney Rooms, Falmouth, August 2013): Excellent value for money based on 2 familys sharing a 7 bed flat. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Cheaper than camping and much more luxurious!!

Mr Ronan H (Glasney Rooms, Falmouth, August 2013): Really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to come back. Excellent value for money.

Mr Harold D (Penryn Summer Rooms, Falmouth, October 2012): Nice room (with good desk space to do some work on), good location for what I wanted to do. I hope to visit again in future.

Mr Benjamin L (Penryn Summer Rooms, Falmouth, October 2012): I thought with the exception of parking, which was limited to say the least, the whole experience was exceptional! Good sized room and I thought it was phenomenal value for money!

Mrs Laura H (Penryn Summer Rooms, Falmouth, October 2012): Good basic accommodation, clean and reasonably spacious, kitchen acceptable but didn't really use it. Good value breakfast at the Stannery

Mrs Susan F (Hawthorne Dene Hotel, Falmouth, October 2012): My sister & I really enjoyed our charming ground floor room which Mortimer kindly allowed us to use for one night. Found the memorabilla very interesting and the comfortable sofas in the lounge/library very inviting - wish we had had time to enjoy them.

Mrs Catherine D (Penryn Summer Rooms, Falmouth, September 2012): This was our first time in university accommodation and it was a very enjoyable experience. The room was lovely and clean and the on-site cafe was great for breakfast.

Mrs katherine P (Penryn Summer Rooms, Falmouth, September 2012): Great facilities, all good. Only bit of advice offered is that a cab into Falmouth is more like £13 before 11pm and £17.50 after, unlike the £6 that the lovely girls in the Porters lodge thought it would be. But Glasnay experience great, made me feel like a student again, albeit a well healed one! Kathy H

Dr Wojciech G (Penryn Summer Rooms, Falmouth, August 2012): You were a part of our wonderful holidays in Cornwall - many thanks for the most enjoyable stay! And regards to the reception staff who helped us arrange a taxi for the early bank holiday morning!

Ms Andrea J (Penryn Summer Rooms, Falmouth, August 2012): My friends and me spend there only 2 nights, but rooms were nice and clean, kitchen facilities too. Will come again and recomended to my friends. Thanks

Mrs Helen G (Penryn Summer Rooms, Falmouth, August 2012): Fantastic value for money in cornwall with parking. Perhaps consider whether able to hire/rent tv for each room during stay as imagine that would be popular.

Mr David W (Penryn Summer Rooms, Falmouth, July 2012): very impressed with the ease of using the website, making the booking, process on arrival, standard of room and value for money, all were ideal, thanks for a good visit.

Mrs Jojo H (Penryn Summer Rooms, Falmouth, July 2012): I thought it was an excellent, value for money break, good location, (as long as you have a car) and definitely will be back...:o)

Mrs Tammy S (Penryn Summer Rooms, Falmouth, July 2012): We stayed just one night for our daughter's graduation ceremony. The rooms were perfect for a good night's sleep with a good shower and clean bathroom. The kitchen facilities were more than adequate and for value for money you can't go wrong.

Mr Andrew W (Penryn Summer Rooms, Falmouth, July 2012): Helpful staff Parking well organised Clean set up Hope this turns out to be a good source of income for the university

Mr Peter B (Penryn Summer Rooms, Falmouth, July 2012): We were very pleased with the accommodation and its proximity with regard to public transport, which is very good also! On the down side we thought signage could have been better and we got the impression from the website that there would be a TV in the room, whilst this is not a major problem it does need clarifying. Overall brilliant and would certainly return.

Mr Srinivasan S (Penryn Summer Rooms, Falmouth, July 2012): Will visit once again, if I get an opportunity

Mrs susan P (Penryn Summer Rooms, Falmouth, September 2011): It was perfect for our short stay in cornwall for a family christening. Slight problem at the start with lack of quilts on arrival but the porter was very helpful and sorted it out straight away for us. Many thanks.

Mr Michael P (Penryn Summer Rooms, Falmouth, September 2011): Fantastic value for money and an enjoyable stay in attractive surroundings.
